How do I order a Property Portrait?

Go to the Home Page, simply click on the size package you wish to order. This will take you to our Order Page. Complete the Order process, upload your images and fill out any special instructions for us in the Notes box.

 

What do I need to provide?

A clear, high resolution photo (no more them 4mb) of the property is best. We can accept jpeg or png files If you need guidance on how best to photograph your home, please read our How to Take a Great Photo of Your Property instructions. 

 

What if my photo has something in it that I want removed?

Don’t worry too much if there is a power pole etc. in the way, we can often digitally remove minor objects during the process. Inform us in the notes box of any concern you have.

 

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! Property portraits make excellent house warming, anniversary or birthday gifts, or closing gifts for real estate clients. You can purchase a Gift Voucher that allows the recipient to choose their own favorite photo of their home by clicking on our Buy A Gift Voucher icon.

 

How long does it take to receive my portrait?

Turnaround time typically takes 7 to 10 days depending on the complexity of the photo and our current queue. If you are in a hurry for your portrait, leave a message in the Notes box on the order page. If it is extremely important, you could also send me a text to draw my attention to your request. We will provide a specific estimated despatch date once your reference photo’s are confirmed and we will make every effort to get your parcel to you in a timely manner. once the parcel is in the hands of the courier however, it is up to them.

 

What sizes and framing are available?

We offer three standard sizes follows:

1. Small - 6" x 8" (glass size). 8" x 10' (overall size)
2. Medium - 8" x 10" (glass size). 10" x 12" (overall size)
3. Large - 11" x 14" (glass size) 13" x 16" (overall size)

Depending on the size of the image suppplied, the size of the artwork can vary slightly. The size of the glass and frame however, will always be consistant.

We are able to print up to A2 size should you wish to go bigger. These products are priced upon request and usually take longer than our standard sizes.

 

How is my portrait shipped?

All frames are protected on both sizes with hard card, then if you choose to have them giftwrapped, covered with brown paper, tied with string and finished with a gorgeous wax seal. Your portrait is then placed in a bubblewrap lined cardboard mailing box with crush zones to protect your frames and ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
