Returns
We take great care with every order and want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the result. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us at nzppinfo@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. For portraits that have already been started, a $20 fee will apply to cover work completed on each artwork. This amount will be deducted from your refund, as all portraits are custom-made to order.
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch and we’ll arrange a replacement portrait as quickly as possible. For refunds on damaged items, we require photographic evidence before processing.
We reserve the right to decline refunds for completed custom orders if the item is of high quality and not faulty or damaged.
All custom products are created using the information you provide. We cannot be held responsible for any spelling or typing errors submitted. In such cases, we can offer a corrected reprint at a reduced cost. While we will try to contact you if we notice a potential error, this may not always be possible during busy periods.
Copyright & Usage
By purchasing an artwork, the Customer warrants that they own or have permission to use any image provided to NZ Prroperty Portraits. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NZ Property Portraits from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of such images, including any breach of copyright or third-party rights.
NZ Property Portraits reserves the right to use images of commissioned work for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing, unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty
Should the product received be broken on arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us using our contact form, to help us arrange a replacement on receipt of the item. We also provide a 1 year replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Delivery
We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using NZ Post for New Zealand deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address which has been provided by the purchaser.

Orders & Payment
Orders must be submitted through our website and payment must be completed in full before any work commences.
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
We also reserve the right to cancel an order at any point, for any reason, at our sole discretion. If we cancel your order, you will be informed via email and a full refund will be issued without delay.

Your privacy is very important to NZ Property Portraits. With that in mind, we have established and implemented information handling practices that we believe are consistent with the highest standards and best practices of organizations doing business on the Internet. This privacy policy describes the practices that apply to our site, including, specifically, the information we collect about you, when and how we collect that information and what may happen to that information.
- we will not collect personally identifiable information like your name, e-mail and mailing address and telephone number ("Personal Information") without your knowledge and permission;
- we will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties unless you have authorized us to do so;

Your Personal Information
NZ Property Portraits does not collect personally identifiable information on our website, such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, without your knowledge. Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (as, for example, when you contact us via e-mail). NZ Property Portraits uses such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted.
When you place an order NZ Property Portraits will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal etc. in order to process your order.
We use cookies
Cookies allow NZ Property Portraits to remember you. If we didn't use cookies you would have to enter your details each time you visited. If you really prefer not to use cookies you can set your browser preferences to not accept cookies. Most websites however, including NZ Property Portraits, require cookies to process your orders.
Trends, Tracking and Sharing Information
NZ Property Portraits uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. Personal information specific to each Vendor's sales is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request.
Security
NZ Property Portraits uses stringently tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our web site and maintained in our possession. When you place your order "checkout" you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than us. In addition, when we receive that data, it is stored on a separate location to the web server so that it can only be accessed by us.
