All of our artworks are automatically sent in black frames.
Photo's should be no more than 4mb. Please make sure to name your photo with either the address of the property being used for the portrait, or with an appropriate label i.e. Beach view, Church, Red car etc.
After hitting the 'Add to Cart' button, please wait for the photo's to upload. This may take a couple of minutes depending on how large your files are, and how many there are. If your photo is too large to upload or you are uploading many photo's, please email them directly to nzppinfo@gmail.com, making sure to include your order number.
*By purchasing an artwork, the Customer agrees that they own or have permission to use any image provided to NZ Prroperty Portraits, (refer T&Cs).

Production & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 business days after your photo has been received, and once the artwork has been approved.
We send with NZ Post for overnight delivery after dispatch. If you require rural delivery this may take 1-3 days extra.
Pick-up from the studio at 487 Mokau Rd, Mimi, Taranaki is available upon request, either pop this in the Notes box when ordering or use the Contact Us section making sure to quote your order number.
